No. There is no minimum. You can hang up anytime and you will only be billed for the time you are on the phone with a travel professional.

You will be charged per minute increments. You will not be charged for credit card verification time.

Yes. The calls are being recorded to guarantee accurate billing.
Is my credit card stored anywhere in our databases?
No. For your protection we do not store credit card information to you will need to provide it each time you call. There is no charge for the time you will provide payment information.
Will I receive an invoice for the services?
Yes. A receipt will be emailed to you.

A typical travel issue can be resolved in 5 minutes which can cost up to $40.
